I’ve never been to an office this antique. Outdated magazines all over the place, outdated furniture, very dark and kind of musty smelling in there. NPR playing the entire time, which I found annoying, but then the Dentist starts talking politics and it was really put off. Regardless of what you think about politics, that’s completely unprofessional. I hated listening to that the entire time I was there. It’s not hard to put on music that doesn’t have commercials or political views. I won’t be going back based on that alone. All of the equipment is outdated, he doesn’t even have a spit bowl or a tech to do suction! It’s just him trying to manage everything by himself.

It's true the office bldg is old but if its close to my house and the dentist is great, it doesn't matter. I like that they always call to remind us of our appointment or whenever we are due for a visit. My first visit, I had fillings and I requested for a stress ball - now every time I'm coming, he remembers and have it ready.. that's great service right there.

Very old and the musty smell was freaky for a dentist office. I would not recommend going there unless you don’t mind older technology and out of date procedures. It was scary. My girls were afraid.

I read somewhere that this dentist got pretty good reviews and since he could get me in quickly, it seemed like a good enough choice. The building he's in is probably older than the Roman empire which really put me off, not going to lie. The office is very small with a very small staff but they're all very friendly. All of this is great, but it's the dentist that matters when you're teeth are on the line. Dr. Israel is very polite and patient. He seems to care about the patient's comfort a great deal. Most importantly, the two cavities he filled were the least offensive fillings I've ever gotten. It's like they're not even there. This alone will keep me coming back. If you can get past the super old building and the weird smell it has, Dr. Israel is definitely worth seeing.
